When you use the enquiry form we collect your name, phone number, town or postcode, the type of problem you are reporting, any detail you add, and your email address if you choose to give it. If you call, text, email or message us we keep the contact details and the details of the job you describe. When you become a customer we keep a record of the work carried out at your property.

## Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry, arrange and carry out the work, keep a record of treatments at your property, take payment, and answer questions afterwards. We rely on your consent when you send an enquiry, and on our legitimate interests and contractual obligations when carrying out and recording work.

## Who we share it with
We do not sell your data and we do not share it for marketing. Details may be handled by the service providers we use to run the business — website and form hosting, email, phone and accounting — and may be disclosed where the law requires it. Where a job is instructed by a landlord, letting agent or employer, we may confirm to them that the work was completed.

## How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become jobs are kept only as long as needed to follow up. Records of completed work and the related financial records are kept for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes, then deleted.

## Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent for future contact.
